Dani will coach and teach you not only HOW to run correctly, but also give you the proper tools and guidance you need to achieve success in running for a lifetime.  Whether you are new or experienced runner, this knowledge will help you with increased confidence and a new perspective of one of the best ways to improve your health and fitness.


Individualized coaching session lasts about an hour, booked at your convenience, will include:

•   proper technique and form instruction 

•  video analysis to address your particular running challenges

•  theory of 'Natural Running' and running economy

•  dynamic and static stretching for pre and post run

•  injury prevention

•  breathing technique

•  training and racing plans & strategies

•  how to fuel for training and racing

•   safety rules of running


Because there is a lot to learn and put into place with your running, it's a good idea to have a follow-up session to make sure you are running properly.  Folluw up sessions are 30 minutes.
