Core at 4:00  Designed for girls age 12 – 15.  This class is developed to help strengthen core and work on stretching to compliment team sports.  The team coaches teach the sport and this class will offer the core strength and basic functional strength needed to enhance your basketball, soccer, softball, or swimming activity.
